Josie Eastwood founded her Art Business eleven years ago, having actively and successfully pursued a career in the art world, during which time she worked at Sotheby's, for an art consultancy and managed a contemporary gallery in London. Josie herself trained as an artist and has a degree in Fine Art.

The benefit of this experience has enabled her to build relationships with many artists, and to gain access to studios across the country. Josie works tirelessly to uncover new talent, and to exhibit paintings of more established names. As a result her exhibitions are always fresh, and offer an opportunity to acquire fine work by contemporary artists, across a broad price range.

The exhibitions are hung around Josie's home, a recently converted range of farm buildings, as well as in a dedicated gallery space. During the school term, the Gallery is hung with a collection of recent paintings by Gallery favourites and new-comers. Viewing in between exhibitions is by appointment only, so please do call should this be of interest. Josie also helps to find artwork for clients that live within reach of the Gallery. Often it is best to start this process with a home visit, in order to get an idea and feel of the client's taste and period of their home. The aim is to find a piece of merit, that will be enjoyed over the years to come.
