Angela has exhibited with the gallery since it's opening in 1998 and had built up a very strong following with her loose and free seascapes. In 2009 Angela took herself off to re-train and emerged with an exciting new body of mixed media work incorporating photography into layers of oil paint. A collaboration with the photographer John Heseltine focused her painting on what she refers to as "unedited everyday life" - moments frozen in time, with a strong sense of place, identity and memory. Such scenarios, both familiar and mundane, suggest layer upon layer of those human stories that make up our lives.
Angela exhibited successfully with the Gallery at Art London in October 2012 and exhibits regularly both nationally and internationally.
